Job Title: Demand Planning Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Job

• The Demand Planner is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts for the company's products. 
• This role involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, and other relevant factors to create reliable forecasts that drive efficient inventory management, production planning, and overall supply chain optimization. 
• The Demand Planner will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align forecasts with business objectives and ensure timely product availability.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field. 
• 6 years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of developing and maintaining accurate demand forecasts. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of supply chain principles and best practices.
• Experience with forecasting software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
