Job Description

• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
• Using social media to engage consumers.
• Promote company initiatives on Social Media.
• Suggesting new ways to promote company offerings and to reach consumers
• Creating and posting of content on Companiessocial media
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Lead all digital campaigns to generate viable leads
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

Person Specification

• B.Sc / B.A Degree in any field with 3-10 years work experience.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
• Ability to multitask.
