  • The person will be responsible of the internal and external image of Oriflame (branding) and will be working with the Oriflame Opportunity & products.
Your Responsibilities
  • Managing the brand presence through media channels as well as following up the marketing budget.
  • PR actions, expert’s presence in Nigeria management.
  • Product training in cooperation with the sales department with the Beauty Advisor Management.
  • Printed materials management.
  • Translation & Supervision of the printed materials into French.
  • In charge of the local events with external event agencies.
  • In charge of benchmarking to follow up on competitions at local and international levels.
What we are looking for
  • Min 3 years in similar position.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user
  • Experience in Media & Marketing is an advantage
  • Experience in Cosmetics Sector is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of the Media Scene
  • Willing to travel nationally/internationally
  • Fluent in English, French and Arabic

  • We are now looking for a Sales Support Supervisor, Nigeria to further strengthen our growing team. Your Responsibilities
  • Regional and local Sales support projects coordination, implementation, follow-up and analysis.

  • Administration of online surveys required for Sales Force Growth Analysis.
  • Implement agreed action plans based on survey results.

  • Oriflame is now looking for a Area Sales Manager to further strengthen our team. The person on that position will be responsible for managing the work of assigned region by implementation of business processes accordingly to the standards leading to the achievement of strategic goals of Sales Department.
Your Responsibilities
  • Catalogue and quarterly planning of the KPI’s in the assigned region.
  • Regular (daily, weekly, per each catalogue) analysis and monitoring of sales results.
  • Developing and implementing necessary actions determining the execution of regional targets.
  • Undertaking motivational activities in order to maintain high level of engagement of key Leaders in the region.
  • Monitoring competition on the market.
  • Coordination and control over sales and recruitment activities in the region.
  • Implementation of training programs accordingly to the needs of sales structures in the region.
  • Organization and independent  conduction of trainings in the region.
  • Preparing and conducting  meetings with Leaders and Consultants  accordingly to the communication strategy agreed with the supervisor.

  • Close cooperation with other Area Sales Managers in order to build a database of best business practices.
  • Managing regional events: participation in planning, execution and implementation of national conferences.
What we are looking for
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum 3-years experience in B2B sales or FMCG.
  • Minimum 2-years experience in managing a team.
  • Experience in creating and leading trainings will be an asset.
  • Experience in public speaking.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Excel and Power point presentation.
  • Communicative knowledge of English would be preferred.
  • Ability to manage the work of a big group of Leaders.
  • Analytical thinking and good organization.
