We manage, install, upgrade, and repair all Systems that fall within the category of the above-mentioned field for residential and commercial/Industrial Facilities.

Job Description

  • We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in Engineering marketing.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, a proactive attitude, and a solid understanding of the company's products, services, and market trends.
  • With the ability to identify business opportunities, build client-stakeholder relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, deliver, and follow up on proposals, quotes, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Work with the project management and operation teams to create proposals addressing each client's needs.
  • Research and identify potential clients and new market opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to align strategies with business goals
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build visibility and credibility.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events, if required.
  • Represents the company in terms of bidding for a contract
  • Up-to-date with upcoming exhibitions that the company can future in and showcase their products
  • Organize a Brand awareness campaign
  • Capable of leading a team with a strategic mindset.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in the engineering sector.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on business development activities and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • BSc in Business Administration, equivalent in Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales or account management in the engineering sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Driving experience is an additional advantage.
  • Proven experience in sales or marketing within the engineering sector.
  • Strong understanding of engineering products and services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proximity to Lagos Island is Key.

Benefits and Packages

  • N250,000 - N300,000 monthly Net
  • Commission on every sale
