Job Title: Estate Surveyor

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description

• We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Estate Surveyor to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for property valuation, real estate advisory, property management, and agency services.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate valuation of properties for sales, rental, insurance, and mortgage purposes
• Handle property sales, leasing, and letting transactions
• Prepare detailed property and valuation reports
• Keep up to date with market trends, property laws, and regulatory changes
• Provide professional advice on property development and investment opportunities
• Manage client portfolios and maintain strong landlord-tenant relationships

Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in Estate Management or a related field
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Must reside within or close proximity to Ikeja
• Must be available to resume within one month
• Must be a registered member of NIESV or working towards registration
• Minimum of 7 years post-NYSC experience in estate surveying

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month (Very competitive).
