Vivo Mobile Nigeria is a subsidaiary of Vivo Global; the producers of Vivo smart phonesranked among the top 5 smart phones across the world). The company launched into Nigeria in 2019, and has been distributing Vivo smart phones across Nigeria since then.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Expense Accountant

Location: Lagos

Job Overview

• The expense accountant collaborates with other accountants and financial staff in the company to provide financial and accounting support to executives and department heads who establish goals and budgets for the organization

Job Description

• Implement the company’s financial policy and processes accurately.
• Make recommendations about cost-efficient and financially feasible cost options.
• Weekly and monthly account reconciliation
• Process approval for all expenses in a timely and accurate manner.
• Update expense and loan forms
• Review and audit monthly budget

Educational Qualification

• B.Sc / HND Accounting.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years working experience.

Skills:

• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
