Experienced Payroll / Wage Administrator at Glassforce Limited

Glassforce, a Chagoury Group partner company, is a state of the art glass manufacturing plant located in Abia State Nigeria. They supply about 90% of their products to one of the leading breweries in Nigeria owned by Heineken, distillers, pharmaceuticals, food/beverages outfits etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Experienced Payroll / Wage Administrator
Location: Aba, Abia

Responsibilities

• The individual in this role will be responsible for independent computing of wages, electronic/manual payroll input and ensures the accuracy and datelines of salary payment monthly.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Human Resources, Personnel Administration, Business Management, Statistics and other related disciplines,
• Minimum of 6 (six) years as payroll administrator or human resources manager/officer with vast experience in payroll management in a multi-National company or manufacturing environment ( preferably - experience in Glass manufacturing industry), strong accounting background and conversant and with Nigeria Labour laws and other payroll or accounts principles and/or regulations in Nigeria,
• Good knowledge in I SO standard (Integrated Management system) and best electronic payroll practice and procedure including attention to details, ability to demonstrate professionalism (membership of professional body will be added advantage),
• Leadership role and administrative acumen to achieve results.
• Sage knowledge will be beneficial.
