Sonata Agri International Limited, one of the largest cashew kernel processors in Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Export Officer

Location: Mowe, Ogun
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Export Documentation from Pro-forma Invoice, NXP, BL, Customs document.
Managing the seamless movement of the consignments to the port and then the destination
To meet the end line of shipment as per schedule
Ensure zero detention charges for empty containers
Maintain control and ensure regulations to all import and export processes and monitor work according to corporate and local policies and evaluate all-new custom requirements and supervise everyday operations according to standard procedures.
Administering export procedures and documentation and effective liaison with Nigerian Customs, sales departments, cashew plants, and Logistics department, etc;
Coordinating with government Authorities for various requirements connected to the export handling

Criteria

Interested candidates should possess an HND qualification with 6 - 16 years of work experience.
Should be already working in an exports company/C&F agent primarily doing exports
Should have a good network and relationship in Inspection agency, Customs, Port authorities, shipping lines
Should be based in & around Mowe, Ogun State or ready to re-locate in Mowe immediately.
