The U.S. Mission to Nigeria comprises of the Embassy in Abuja, FCT, and the Consulate General in Lagos. U.S. Consulate General Lagos is the Mission’s representative to the Nigerian people in the southern region.

Summary

• The U.S. Embassy Abuja, Nigeria is seeking eligible and qualified applicants for the position of FAC Residential Coordinator in the Facilities Maintenace Section

Duties

• The Residential Coordinator reports directly to the Facility Manager (FM) and is responsible for coordinating FAC resources in supporting the General Services Office and the Regional Security Office in ensuring that residential quarters (160 units) provide to Embassy Abuja staff meet Department of State requirements and standards.
• Position will coordinate with FAC Residential Maintenance Supervisor, FAC POSHO Assistant, GSO Housing, GSO Property, and RSO Residential Security Coordinator.

Qualifications and Evaluations
Education Requirements:

• Completion of Secondary School/High School is required.

Experience:

• At least three (3) years of responsible experience in administration and/or building trades is required.

Requirements:

• All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a non-sensitive security clearance. 
• All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.  
• Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time (6 weeks) upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Salary
USD 43,112 / Per Year
