Historically, we are positioned as the first commercially operated smart card manufacturing plant in sub-Saharan Africa with the ability to manufacture Poly-carbonate Cards amongst other card types.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Oshodi - Isolo, Lagos

Role Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Support:

• Provide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support to the accounting teams, ensuring timely insights on productivity, demand planning, financial reporting, and key metrics.
• Support management in making informed decisions by evaluating cost-benefit scenarios related to investments, pricing strategies, and market expansion.

Strategic and Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research and financial modeling to support future business planning and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze market dynamics to identify potential risks and opportunities for business growth.

Forecasting & Budget Tracking:

• Coordinate with management to ensure consistency and accuracy in cost  forecasting and financial reporting.

Variance and Cost Analysis:

• Identify and investigate variances between actual results and forecasts, budgets, and prior-year figures.
• Determine standard costs and analyze deviations from actual costs, highlighting areas for corrective action and operational improvement.

KPI Monitoring and Reporting:

• Analyze trends in key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on financial metrics such as revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial reports across departments and business units.

Educational & Professional Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business-related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting and treasury management.
