Job Title: Firstmonie Field Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

• Identification and onboarding of Firstmonie Agents.
• Prepare target market list.
• Activate dormant Agents.
• Capture Agent's activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.
• As part of the Bank’s Information Security requirements, maintain the security of all Information entrusted to the staff and comply with the principles and policies in the Information Security Handbook.
• Enroll new customers on USSD/FirstMobile.
• Respond to all inquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in resolution of new customers’ issues.
• Grow the Banks Agents network.
• Management of Firstmonie Agents.
• Respond to all inquiries and queries while ensuring timeliness in the resolutions of Agents’ issues.
• Capture activities for proper documentation and compliance with laid down policies.
• Identification and onboarding of new customers.
• Ensure funding of opened accounts.
• Enrollment on Wallets.
• Ensure funding of wallets opened

Qualifications & Requirements

• B.Sc and HND (Second Class Lower & Upper Credit minimum).
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have flair for sales
• Excellent networking skills.

Net Salary
N145,000 per month.
