Salad Ville is a healthy food manufacturing company that makes pre-packaged foods for corporate organizations, distribution to supermarkets and direct sales to customers.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Food Production Supervisor
Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• The production supervisor oversees all food production and ensures that they are safely produced to specified quality.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all items required for production are available in the right quantities and to the specified quality.
• Ensuring that all items required for production are available in the right quantities and to the specified quality.
• Ensuring that all production areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
• Ensure that all items are produced to company specified quality and in the requested quantity.
• Ensure that all equipment are properly and safely used, turned off, cleaned, stored. Schedule routine maintenace checks on equipment to minimise risk of sudden breakdown.
• Maintains and submits daily detailed reports of all items used in production, left overs, wastes, production schedules, timesheets of production staff.
• Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are properly sanitized and in good working condition.
• Ensure that all production staff adhere to ALL HACCP regulations and maintain high personal hygiene standards.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years relevant work experience. 

Salary
N80,000 - N120,000 Monthly (Negotiable based on relevant experience).
