We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Franchise Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Assist with the development and implementation of Franchise specific business plans.
Inspect location of potential franchise outlets for excellent operation.
Conduct background checks of potential franchisees.
Ensure that all franchise outlets submit accurate compliance data as required.
Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating marketing strategies in order to increase sales awareness.
Oversee daily activities of franchise outlet and ensure that standards are met.
Ensure sales volume is at its maximum.
Oversee company’s channel sales performance at all level.
Keep current with demand & supply of company’s products, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.
Monitor cost(s) in relation to prevailing competition and where necessary, make recommendations for adjustment of selling prices.
Ensure the level of customer service/experience given by franchise outlet is in line with the company policy.
Provide support on any operational issues.
Ability to achieve sales target within time frame.
Protect Company integrity via implementation of Standards of Operations.
Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements
Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sale objectives
Any other responsibility, assigned by management.
