We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Franchise Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development and implementation of Franchise specific business plans.
• Inspect location of potential franchise outlets for excellent operation.
• Conduct background checks of potential franchisees.
• Ensure that all franchise outlets submit accurate compliance data as required.
• Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating marketing strategies in order to increase sales awareness.
• Oversee daily activities of franchise outlet and ensure that standards are met.
• Ensure sales volume is at its maximum.
• Oversee company’s channel sales performance at all level.
• Keep current with demand & supply of company’s products, economic indicators, changing trends and its competitors.
• Monitor cost(s) in relation to prevailing competition and where necessary, make recommendations for adjustment of selling prices.
• Ensure the level of customer service/experience given by franchise outlet is in line with the company policy.
• Provide support on any operational issues.
• Ability to achieve sales target within time frame.
• Protect Company integrity via implementation of Standards of Operations.
• Ensure implementation of marketing campaigns. Enforce correct use of all supporting elements
• Ensure the successful achievement of the company’s sale objectives
• Any other responsibility, assigned by management.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
