Job Title: Front Desk Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are looking for the services of a Front Desk Officer to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
• This individual will be the first point of contact for our company, have pleasant personality, be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations.

Job Description

• Welcome guest and greet people who visit the business.
• Distribute correspondence and redirect phone calls.
• Support business office manager and other departments
• Provides general information regarding routine inquiries from clients to the office manager.
• Maintain a professional appearance and work area
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to the appropriate department

Qualifications / Requirements

• OND preferred
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Computer Literacy is an added advantage
• Lives in Surulere and Environments.
• 0 - 2 years experience in similar role
• Pleasant personality with good communication skills
• Organization and coordination skills
