Job Title: Front Desk Officer
Location: Gbagada, Lagos
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• This role is responsible for ensuring the reception area of our office is well kept and tidy, and visitors have a good experience.

Job Descriptions

• Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials
• Greet and welcome guests
• Answer questions and address complaints of guests, and direct them to the right office.
• Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them among members of staff accordingly.
• Dispatch packages to external parties.

Qualification and Requirements

• Minimum National Diploma
• Basic proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office tools
• Comfortable using technology tools
• Excellent communication skill
• Residency within Gbagada / Akoka environment
