Front Desk Receptionist in a Montessori Nursery and Primary School based in Abuja

Bizpool Africa - Our client, a Montessori Nursery and Primary School in Abuja, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Location: Lokogoma, Abuja (FCT)

Responsibilities

• Should understands, accepts, and abides by the School’s philosophy and mission statement in the school
• Develops a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the Front Office.
• Consistently exhibits high standards of professional conduct.
• Effectively perform all other duties as assigned by her supervisor.
• Arrives punctually, be prepared for each school day, and maintains regular attendance.
• Requires basic clerical skills and knowledge of office practices and procedures that involve the operation of standard office equipment such as personal computer, copier, fax, and associated equipment that can be learned on the job within several months.
• Works with courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in dealing with others, and the ability to work cooperatively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Must possess, OND or B.Sc. Or HND.
• Must be smart, creative and must also possess good problem solving skills.
• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be IT savvy and proficient in the use of Microsoft office tools and social media skills.
• Must be a good team player and interpersonal skills.
• Candidates Who live around the Lokogoma Axis will be given preference.

Salary
N35,000 - N50,000 Monthly.
