We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: General Manager Location: Abuja

Duties

Drive Marketing and sales (through a good understanding of Digital Marketing and Offline Marketing).
Ensure 70% daily occupancy rate.
Ensure 70% client Retention
Build a good network of people and pull on the existing network to bring in more customers
Ensure Quality Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction.
Ensure high customer retention rate.

Experience Required

Must have a minimum of 5 yrs experience in the hospitality industry
Within 35yrs - 40yrs (not gender specific).

Skills Needed:

Detailed knowledge of the most current Hospitality software and a Clear understanding of the Competitive Market
A resilient Team builder with high performance standard to grow the Organization
Good leadership skills
Good numeracy and literacy skills
Flexibility
Tact and diplomacy
Problem-solving skills
Ensuring a Minimum of 70% Occupancy Monthly.
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
The ability to work well as part of a team
