• We are in need of motivated and result oriented "Business Development Executive" to join in achieving our goal of providing affordable housing for all.

• Develop Sales and Marketing Strategies and goals.
• Bring to fore new business development opportunities and ideas.
• Participate in periodic Marketing surveys.
• Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and evaluating, advertising , merchandising and trade promotion programs: developing field sales action plans.
• Identify marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share and competitors strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business, establish targeted market share.

• Must possess SSCE/ND/HND/Degree in Social science courses.
• Must posses at least 2 years cognate experience in Sales and Marketing.
• Must look presentable and smart always.
• Must posses adequate Sales, Marketing and Communication skills.
• Must be conversant with latest trends in the Real Estate sector.
• Must be bold, courageous, Outspoken and Spontaneous.

• Qualification: B.Sc/HND in Social Science Course with minimum of 5 years post NYSC in similar position
