We are recruiting talented and passionate individuals to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Human Resources (HR)

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
HR Strategy:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide HR insights to inform business decisions.

Talent Management:

• Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention.
• Foster a culture of learning and growth.

HR Operations:

• Oversee HR processes, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Employee Engagement:

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Enhance employee experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR leadership
• Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
