Limited has begun on a soft landing since 2013 following a pact signed with Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Limited (GAC MOTOR) to establish and manage distribution network in Nigeria, Africa. The group, headquartered in Guangzhou China, launched business operation in Nigeria at the peak of Automobile boom based on Government advocacy for the production of brand new vehicles in Nigeria.

Job Title: Head of Sales (Gree Nigeria)

Job Description

• We are an international air conditioning enterprise which has integrated R&D, manufacturing, marketing and services, dedicate to producing ground breaking products and a comprehensive range of air conditioning solution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
• Analyze market trends, identify opportunities for expansion, and adapt strategies as needed to stay ahead of competitors.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide guidance, support, and ongoing training to maximize performance and foster a culture of excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and requirements.
• Track and analyze sales metrics, including sales volume, profitability, and market share.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
• Collaborate on product launches, promotions, and other initiatives to drive sales.
• Implement and utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and streamline processes.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date data entry to facilitate effective communication and follow-up.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective networking, presentations, and negotiations.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts and budgets based on market analysis, historical data, and sales pipeline.
• Monitor performance against targets and take corrective action as needed to ensure objectives are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years experience within the Air Conditioning Industry
• Strong leadership and team-building skills, motivate and with the ability to inspire others to perform at their best. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, with experience in closing big deals. 
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and achieve targets.
