About the Role

• As the Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily operations, drive sales and marketing initiatives, and provide inspiring leadership to your team. This is a pivotal role that demands both strategic oversight and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities 

• Managing day-to-day hotel operations to ensure excellence in guest satisfaction
• Overseeing budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics
• Ensuring compliance with hospitality standards and procedures.
• Driving occupancy and revenue growth through creative sales and marketing strategies
• Coaching, mentoring, and leading a team to deliver exceptional service

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hotel management, with a strong track record in sales and marketing
• Strong emotional intelligence and people-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Passion for customer service and revenue growth.
• Proven leadership qualities ability to motivate, guide, and drive performance
• Tenacious and results-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
