It is the most connected in Africa with all major carriers and Internet Service Providers ISPs in the country and direct connection to all undersea cables serving the South Atlantic Coast of Africa.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR / Admin Manager

Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Create and run the recruitment process effectively. Advertise job openings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, check the details, etc.
• Ensuring full compliance with company policies and procedures, collecting background, and completing successful candidates' documentation.
• Prepare employee payroll and bonus system..
• Ensure the pension schemes are properly administered and in compliance with regulations.
• Managing employee relations, Administering and executing routine employee relationship management tasks in a consistent, fair, and defensible manner.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Manage all training and ensure employee training compliance.
• Evaluate and manage staff performance, overseeing the work of all employees to ensure they work productively.
• Assist in formulating MH Nigeria's salary system and bonus system in line with the local incentive compensation system.
• Ensure the pension schemes are properly administered and in compliance with regulations.
• Ensure smooth and consistent implementation of other company benefits packages.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as & a Human Resources Personnel & Administrative.
• Minimum academic qualification of BSC in personnel management or its equivalent; social science field can apply.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills;
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills;
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels.
• Leadership and management skill is a must for this role.
• Computer skills Excellent written and Spoken communication skills;
• Problem Solve, Conflict resolution, HR software skills (Zoho People/BambooHR)
• Ability to work and deliver under pressure;

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
