Job Title: HR / Admin Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
Our reputable organization has a vacancy for the position of HR / Admin Officer who can do a multitude of management tasks as outlined below:

  • Recruitment and Selection Management
  • Human Resource Planning
  • Personnel wellbeing, compensation and rewards Management
  • Administrative functions
  • Employee Performance Management Including function evaluation
  • Career, Training and Development Management
  • Support other departments as maybe required, etc.

Experience and Qualities Required

  • A Degree or professional qualification preferably in Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent written and verbal written skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT).
  • Good administrative, documentation and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and with good initiative.
  • Meticulous and able to multi-task.
  • A sound knowledge of employment and labour law.
  • Minimum of 2 years HR and/or Administration experience
