Job Title: HR Business Partner, Commercial - Sub Saharan Africa

Location: Lagos
Reports to: HR Director Sub Saharan Africa 

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop people and teams that deliver outstanding performance
  • Strengthen a results-orientated culture

  • Create people plans that support business objectives
  • Guide us on resourcing, organization design and succession planning

Qualifications

  • Experienced HR Professional, knowledgeable about employment law.
  • Empathetic but able to remain focused on delivering results
  • Courageous, willing to challenge others and able to influence them about the things that matter.
  • A creative thinker and problem solver, comfortable with ambiguity and able to juggle competing priorities
  • A natural relationship builder, flexible enough to adapt your style when needed
