Job Title: HR Consultant

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description
The HR Consultant works with other HR Consultants in relation to all aspects of Business Management, including the following:

• Recruitment
• Learning and Development (in plant and open training)
• Proposal Writing (HR and Training)
• Performance Management
• Record Management
• Maintain high levels of confidentiality with assigned HR clients and employee data
• HR outsourcing
• Client relationship management.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications:

• B.Sc degree / HND in Human Resources or Social Science, Business or a related field
• 2-5 years experience
• Other HR qualification e.g CIPM

Competence, Knowledge and Skill:

• Interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Organizational, planning and time management skill
• Ability to take initiative and be proactive
• Prompt deliverables and attention to details.
• Knowledge of Human Resource Management
• Good communication and flexibility to interact with employees at various levels
• Having worked in HR Consulting, Training and other Business Management industry is an added advantage

Remuneration
Negotiable.
