We are recruiting to fill the position below:


Job Title: HR Integration Manager

Location: Lagos
Department: Corporate Services & Development
Job Type: Permanent


  • The HR Integration Manager will have responsibility for end-to-end coordination of the HR & People Integration exercise, in addition to project and stakeholder management.
  • The HR Integration Manager will also be involved in change and communication management activities, including organization design, job descriptions development, process redesign, career management, people management, etc.

Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide overall project management support for the HR Integration project, including monitoring and tracking of key tasks and activities, scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders, data gathering, etc.
  • Act as the liaison and focal point for HR integration activities, working closely with Equinix, external consultants and internal teams
  • Take an active role in the design and deployment of change management and people engagement activities to ensure stakeholder buy-in and commitment to change.
  • Identify HR integration risks and blockers and propose solutions to mitigate.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR Integration activities for the CEO and executive management weekly meetings or as may be required.
  • Ensure adequate focus and prioritization of HR integration activities by various functions across the Company
  • Work closely with Head, Corporate Services and Development to ensure HR integration objectives are achieved

Qualifications, Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in HR Management, including Organization Design and Project Management
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal, persuasion, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives
  • Analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Experience with HR Integration is an added advantage
  • Experience working in organization design including in-depth understanding of OD tools and methodologies
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Proven experience in Change and Communications Management
  • Understanding and working knowledge of HR Systems
