GreyStone Consulting Limited was established and registered in Nigeria with CAC as a Consulting Service provider based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are a team of IT Solutions Consultants, HR Managers, Business Development Consultants and Software solutions specialists. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Yaba, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Overseeing recruitment, selection and the onboarding process.
• Ensuring that the company’s procedures comply with employment regulations.
• Assessing the need for training and designing and implementing training programs accordingly.
• Developing and implementing performance management.
• Ensuring that all policies comply with legal regulations.
• Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree
• In-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Perfect knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel & Word
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
• CIPM Certification is an advantage
• Must be smart & tech savvy

Salary
N220,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
