We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Agege Motor Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in line with company goals.
• Handle recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Address employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff.
• Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Conduct periodic HR reporting and analytics for management decision-making.
• Manage employee records, payroll, leave, and benefits administration.
• Oversee training, development, and performance management systems.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 10 years work experience.
