Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As an HR Officer your role is to oversee and manage various human resource functions to support the organization’s workforce and ensure smooth operations, assist the human resource manager and team in managing HR operations and achievement of set goals and objectives.

Job Description

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify client’s need and develop job descriptions for various roles.
  • Prepare assessment reports to clients and ensure feedback is given to all applicants.
  • Ensure effective compliance with general HR policies and practices
  • Attend staff meetings, take minutes and follow up on action plans.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Source, attract and screen potential candidates through various channels such as online job portal, social media etc.
  • Conduct interviews ,assessment candidate qualifications and coordinate assessments
  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to candidate on boarding
  • Coordinate employees onboarding, induction/Orientation based on the existing company’s
  • Manage and update the recruitment database.

Qualifications

  • First Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2 - 4 years as a human Resource Officer preferable in a recruiting firm.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Attention to details and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality..
  • Professional membership in CIPMN, SHRM, and CIPD is an added advantage.
  • Robust use of Microsoft application and HR software
  • Resident in Lagos, proximity to ikeja is key.

Salary
N70,000 - N100,000 monthly.
