Job Description

• As an HSE Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) programs across all marine operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local and international regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits of operational activities on vessels and other marine sites.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of HSE programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry stakeholders, and clients to ensure full compliance.
• Promote a safety-first culture within the workforce through regular communication, meetings, and safety drills.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, ensuring marine operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
• Provide training and support to employees on HSE procedures, standards, and emergency response protocols.
• Investigate incidents and accidents, compiling reports, and recommending corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Environmental Health, Safety, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in HSE coordination within the marine industry.
• Strong knowledge of risk management, safety audits, and incident investigation processes.
