Colours in Africa is a manufacturing and retailing company which began about 18 years ago, though it has only about 10 years in its major manufacturing operations. The company produces and retails home and hotel furniture ranges as well as home accessories and gift items.

Job Description

• The Human Resources Officer plays a vital role in supporting the overall HR functions of the organization. This position involves assisting in various HR activities, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
• Recruitment and Onboarding of staff
• Payroll management
• Training and development
• Performance management
• Ensure the safety of staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• 3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 Monthly.
