Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Description
Are you a fresh graduate living within Ikeja / Isolo and its environment, and willing to go through an internship in ou growing organization? Here is an opportunity to have hands-on experience in recruitment, training, and house the HR Department’s daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of HR projects and in delivering different briefs (recruitment, research, systems development, training etc.)
• Providing support for marketing related functions
• Providing account management support to our customers
• Serve as support to the consultant in supporting effective project management for team members
• Conducting relevant research for the improvement of our products(product development)
• Input data of prospects to ensure easy accessibility.
• Undertake logistics during the implementation of projects
• Develop and maintain a variety of computer databases, spreadsheets, and other applications.
• Providing support on all company-related business/HR projects

Competency / Skills / Requirements

• B.Sc or HND in any relevant field
• 1-year work experience.
• Between 23-30 years of age
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced environments.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Strong self-motivation.
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
