Shulifang Biotechnology FZE is a Chinese company located in the Lekki free trade zone, Lagos, Nigeria, which produces and manages household daily necessities, such as dishwashing liquid, powder detergent, hand sanitizer, hand washing etc. the company covers an area of 27000 square meters and currently has four production lines.

Job Summary
Shulifang Biotechnology FZE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources functions within the organization. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals
• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Oversee employee relations, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Handle employee grievances and mediate disputes
• Conduct regular employee surveys and provide recommendations for improvement
• Develop and implement training and development programs for employees at all levels
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in human resources management
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 per month.
