Dogan's Sugar Limited is incorporated in July 2013 in Lagos, Nigeria as a European invested company for the will to produce quality sugar products in Nigeria. The company is a subsidiary of Ata Ltd. Co.; Ukraine's biggest and market leader cube sugar manufacturing company with more than %70 market share. Currently, Ata is manufacturing more than 20 different FMCG products in Ukraine with different weights and packaging.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates via recruitment and job online advertisement
• Maintaining a smooth on boarding process
• Training, counselling and coaching our staff.
• Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data( absences ,overtime, leaves, etc)
• Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness.
• Creating clear and concise reports.
• Giving helpful and engaging presentation
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.

Competencies & Technical Skill Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degree
• Clear communicator and excellent service skills.
• Ability to manage personal employee matters, such as discipline, complaints, development and layoffs with complete discretion.
• Being detail-oriented.
• Proven Experience in Haulage and Logistics firm
• Computer literate with excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages. e.g Microsoft Excel.
