We have expanded our services to include Marine services (OVID inspections, suitability surveys, marine investigations) and presently provides NLNG (Nigeria Liquefied Natural Gas Company Limited )with these marine services. We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Human Resources Officer

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers with projects in Lagos and offshore.

Qualifications / Requirements

• First Degree (minimum second class lower) in Management, Human Resources or Business Administration
• Professional Certification such as CIPM or CIPD
• 5 years post graduation experience.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent Team bonding skills
• Self motivated, good drive and passion for excellence
• Current HR License
• Excellent communication skills
• Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills

Core Competencies:

• Knowledgeable and being able to undertake Staffing processes (job analysis, job description, job specifications)
• Knowledgeable about HR related regulations and driving compliance
• Show competence in performance management, career management, Training and development management
• Knowledgeable and being able to undertake Human resource planning, recruitment, compensation management, employee welfare services (NSITF)/ insurances and pensions scheme management
