Job Details

Plan, organize, direct, control and coordinate the acquisition, development, maintenance and use of computer and telecommunications systems within the organization
Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals and objectives
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to recommend innovative solutions for improved efficiency and competitiveness.
Collaborate with senior management to define technology roadmaps and allocate resources effectively.
Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, hardware, and software.
Ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of IT systems and applications.
Monitor network security and implement measures to safeguard against unauthorized access and data breaches.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages skill development and knowledge sharing.
Plan, coordinate, and execute IT projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed.
Collaborate with vendors and external service providers to procure and implement technology solutions.
Develop training programs and materials to enhance the technology skills of staff members.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
Monitor expenses, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report on budget performance.
Stay informed about relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements.
Ensure that IT practices adhere to relevant standards and guidelines.
Negotiate contracts, service level agreements, and terms with vendors to optimize value and performance.
Develop and enforce data management policies, including data backup, storage, and recovery procedures.
Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information and mitigate cyber threats.
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
