Job Title: Industrial Nurse

Location: Uyo, Akwa Ibom

Job Description

• This role is critical to ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees, supporting both productivity and compliance with occupational health standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-employment, periodic, and exit medical examinations.
• Monitor employees for occupational illnesses and lifestyle diseases.
• Organize health education programs and wellness initiatives.
• Manage injury recovery and return-to-work plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and submit health reports. Offer confidential health counseling and support.
• Provide first aid and coordinate emergency responses.
• Support HSE in enforcing health and safety compliance.

Reporting Line:

• This role will report to the Head Industrial Nurse/Health Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in occupational health or industrial settings is an advantage
• Valid Nursing License.
• BLS/ACLS Certification is required.
