Trans-Nationwide Express Plc (TRANEX) is a leading Logistics Company engaged in domestic and International Express delivery, haulage, freight and other ancillary transportation and storage services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment type: Full Time

Job Specification / Requirement

• Ability to support network users by troubleshooting and resolving common challenges.
• Ability to manage Microsoft windows domain server.

Qualifications and Experience

• B.Sc / HND in Computer Science, computer engineering or any related field.
• Professional certificate (s) is an added advantage.
• Minimum of two (2) years working experience in similar role.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Computer and network troubleshooting.
• A good team player.
• Be performance driven and goal oriented.
• Ability to communicate (Verbal & written).
• Strong organizational skills.
• Server Administration.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Must be patient and creative.
