Job Title: IT Support Officer

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Mode of Work: Hybrid

Responsibilities
The Ideal candidate will perform the following roles:

• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, andscanners
• Set up accounts for staff, ensuring they educated on how to log in and resolve issues arising
• Identify and solve any problems that arise with computer networks and systems.
• Procure network equipment and manage subcontractors involved with network installation.
• Investigate, diagnose, and solve computer software and hardware faults
• Monitor computer networks and systems to identify how performance can be improved

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related fields with at least 5 years relevant experience required.
• Have a knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
• Accept constructive criticism and customer feedback regarding their experience with software or IT services.
• Industry-specific IT service certification will be an added advantage
• Have a knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting

Renumeration/Salary
N120,000 / Month.
