An experienced Business Dev. Manager is urgently needed in a Real Estate Company

Basic Duties

Identifying and mapping business strength and customer needs.
Research business opportunities and viable income streams.
Reporting on success and areas needing improvements.
Following industry trends locally and internationally etc.
Developing growth strategies and plans.
Managing and retaining relationship with new and existing Clients
An In-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
Writing business proposal, and increasing client base.
Negotiating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

B.sc in Business Development, Economics or Marketing or other related field.
3 years + working experience,

Required Skills:

Proven ability to negotiate
Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
Ability to self-motivate and motivate a team.
High-level communication skill
Stakeholder Management skill
