Ijewere & Co., a leading indigenous firms of chartered Tax Advisers/chartered Accountants in Nigeria hereby calls for applications from suitably and professionally qualified candidates for the below vacant position:

Job Title: Experienced External Auditor Location: LagosRoles The roles will include among others the following:

Supervise junior engagement team members and develop them through effectively delegating audit tasks and providing guidance to audit staff
Ensure he/she and the team perform audit procedures as planned
Play critical role in execution of audits
To be involved in all stages of audit (planning, execution and reporting)
Plan, execute and monitor audit engagements
Perform various tests and controls
Coach, guide and develop staff on the engagement
Design and execute audit procedures based on the clients’ business and the risk it faces and its internal control processes

Job Requirements

Academic Qualification: B.Sc/ HND in Accounting or Economics
Professional Qualification: ACA
Experience: Minimum 5 years audit experience with at least 2 years post ACA
Candidate must be a Male
