Job Title: Data Capture Intern

Employment Type: Internship

Duties

  • Cold call prospects and contact existing customers to initiate sales
  • Update data into website back office
  • Update online forms
  • Combine and rearrange data from source documents where required
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files and forms

Key Requirements

  • National Diploma Qualification or IT Student
  • At least 1 year work experience.
  • Social media knowledge (Facebook, Whatsapp, Instagram,Twitter)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent with Microsoft office (Excel and Word)
  • Be proactive and independent; require little supervision
  • Above average IT skills.

Salary
N35,000 / month.

 

 

Job Title: Business Development Officer

Role Brief

  • Assist with developing the market for company’s products.
  • Focus on growing existing accounts and acquiring new clients.
  • Book sales appointments and client meetings.
  • Create proposals for existing and new clients.
  • Generate and implement results-focused marketing concepts to a diverse client base.
  • Evaluate demographics, prices, distribution channels, and marketing outlets.
  • Develop traditional & digital marketing campaigns to increase sales.

Job Title: Telesales Officer (Immediate Employment)

Job Description

  • Cold call prospects and contact existing customers to initiate sales
  • Use a consultative sales approach to help inbound customers make purchasing decisions and up-sell
  • Facilitate online sales via the website and all other sales points.
  • Educate customers onproducts available and navigate them through available payment options.
  • Follow up with all aspects of each sale until the products are delivered to the customer’s and customer is fully satisfied.
  • Provide feedback that can be useful to optimize sales process.
  • Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
  • Responsible for closing sales deals over the phone where possible and maintaining good customer relationships
  • Update contacts database/mailing list by collating leads from all marketing channels
  • Track and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products

Meet minimum performance indicators:

  • 160 dials per day
  • 75 conversations per day
  • 20 sales per week

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of a OND / HND / BSc. in Communications or Business Administrations.
  • At least 1 year experience cold calling or customer service
  • Excellent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent in selling or influencing others
  • Must be able to demonstrate the affinity, drive, passion and tenacity for sales.

Remuneration

  • N45,000.00 per month. Salaries will be adjusted upward after successful completion of probation and satisfactory performance.

 

 



Job Title: Electrical Engineer (Power Systems)

Job Code: LPT/D/EEO1
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Role Brief

  • Design, develop and evaluate power systems projects
  • Inspecting, installing and commission power systems and projects.
  • Troubleshoot power systems (UPS, Inverters, AVRs)
  • Conduct after sales and service field level support: Maintenance services; on-site systems troubleshooting and repairs
  • Maintain products and company reputation by complying with company installation, safety standards, organizational and best practices.
  • Keep equipment operational by following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures.
  • Maintain product data base by keeping both soft and hard copy inventory database.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Review of vendor offers and selection of technically qualified vendor for projects.
  • Attend Kick –Off Meetings of projects
  • Attend product pitches and presentations.
  • Support the proposal efforts for various projects bids (Project method statements, implementation plan & implementation schedule)
  • Zero tolerance for shoddy work both on site and in the office.
  • Ensures projects are delivered timely, within budgets, meeting international standards.
  • Conduct Project Review and Preview
  • Accurate project status reporting
  • Researching, proposing and implementing engineering power systems and solutions
  • Carrying out site surveys/load audits to determine customer's need, determining and proposing appropriate products and solutions
  • Commissioning and field execution
  • Submit weekly report to Technical Director.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of a B.Eng or HND in Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 2years Experience in the installation of UPS/Inverters/AVRs or other renewable energy systems is a plus.
  • Proactive and good research skills.
  • Candidate should be self-motivated and be able to deliver installations with little or no supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English is essential.
  • Advanced analytical, problem solving, accuracy, attention to details and interpersonal skills is required.
  • Ability to work within timeand budget constraints
  • Present self in a professional manner appropriate to the role and produce work of presentable quality
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work as well.

  • Conduct and implement sales rounds at various sales channels.
