and also a member of the International Facility Management Association is looking for smart and self-motivated Professionals to occupy the following positions:

JOB TITLE: Estate Surveyor
LOCATION: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 • Manage properties, sell and acquire landed properties in Nigeria.
 • Look at and collect information about a property; and arrange for photographs to be taken;
 • Monitor sales as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents
 • Advise clients and help buyers decide on what they want to buy
 • Make sure that a price is acceptable to both buyer and seller
 • Visit and talk with the sellers about their properties/its special features
 • Estimate the value of the property
 • Market and promote properties for sale
 • Compile home information packs, contact qualified home inspectors to complete relevant sections
 • Represent the sellers in negotiations
 • Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market, as well as the commercial market.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS:
 • Minimum of BSC/HND in any relevant field
 • 2-5 years experience
 • Extensive knowledge appropriate for designing and implementing marketing strategies in a real estate and property management industry
 • Excellent interpersonal skills
 • Goal oriented and personally motivated
 • Must be agile and able to work with minimum or no supervision
 • Proven knowledge in market and customer research
 • Competence in all aspects of building surveying, including construction standards, building law, and code development and legislation
 • He/She must be a self-starter, computer literate, committed to achieving set targets and deadlines
 • Candidate must reside in Lagos
 • Effective and excellent communication/presentational skills
