A fine dining Restaurant located in Victoria Island, Lagos State with specialty in Italian and Continental Cuisine is currently in need of a dynamic and versatile Manager (Male) to fill the position below:     Job Title: Restaurant Manager Location: Victorial-Island, Lagos Job Description

• Qualified candidate will lead a team of enthusiatic colleagues to ensure efficiency and high productivity.

Job Responsibilities Your exciting responsibilities includes:

• Exercise budgetary and financial control, ensuring that ordering, invoicing, delivery inspection, cash handling, banking and payments are carried out effectively.
• Ensure compliance with preventive maintenance program with regards to facility, equipment, compliance with sanitation and food safety standards.
• Maximize sales by identifying and targeting individual, group and corporate sales opportunities through marketing to ensure at least 90% table occupancy daily
• Attract discerning individuals Local and Expatriates to the restaurant.
• Develop strategies to attracts corporate diners
• Develop in-restaurant programs that attract new and repeat customers .
• Responsible for planning and managing inventories including food, liquor beer, wine, furniture, accessories, equipment, and tools and ensure proper documentation of same and also maintain effective supply chain management.

Job Requirements

• You must be young or middle aged with drive for success, have cognate progressive experience in fine dining restaurants and hospitality industry.
• You will prepared to reside on-site (accommodation provided within the restaurant location).
• Non-Nigerian applicants must have valid resident and work permit
