• Identify training needs
• Deliver training courses
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
• Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development will be involve in weekly marketing
• Build annual training program and prepare teaching plans
• Direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results

Qualifications/ Requirements

• Relevant undergraduate degree with minimum of second class lower division
• Professional certification will be an added advantage.
• Not more than 28 years by December 2018
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
• Ability to present complex information to a variety of audience
• Adequate marketing ability
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be ready to move out present location
• Must at least have a year work experience
• Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
• Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
• Proven ability to master the full training cycle
• Adequate knowledge of learning management software
