Job Title: Personal Assistant

Location: Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer queries by employees and clients.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
  • Schedule in-house and external events.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role.
  • Minimum of B.Sc qualification.
  • 2 - 6 years experience.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures.
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically).
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.

 

 

 

Job Title: Facility Manager

Location: Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on
  • Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
  • Ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained.
  • Managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
  • Allocating and managing space between buildings.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments.
  • Helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing.
  • Drafting reports and making written recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science or any related field.

Job Title: Electrical Manager

Location: Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Electrical Engineering Manager manages electrical engineering activities within an organization. Implements and maintains policies and procedures for designing, testing, installing, and maintaining electronic equipment or devices.
  • Reviews and approves new or revised designs, testing or installation procedures.
  • Ensures engineering projects are properly staffed and milestones are achieved.
  • Provides guidance and professional development to team of engineers.
  • Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as the lead engineer for corporate commercial projects.
  • Knowledge about all aspects of physics and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electromechanical systems.
  • Solid leadership and time management skills.

 

 

 

Job Title: Installation Officer

Location: Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Installation officer manages team of installers who are responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing structures and major components.
  • Schedules and oversees the installation of products. Being an Installation officer ensures adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures.
  • Extensive knowledge of department processes.
  • Troubleshoot electronic equipment to isolate problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering or any related field.
  • Solid leadership and time management skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
  • Ability to use computer skills to work with multiple software programs and different types of computer hardware.
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to troubleshoot problems and repair equipment.
