Job Title: Security Receptionist (Male / Female)

Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• He / She has the responsibility of managing the entire reception area and responding to the telephonic calls and transferring them to the required department.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Respond politely to all incoming clients
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
• Maintain office security by following basic safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

Requirements

• SSCE / OND in any field with at least 2 years’ relevant experience
• Good communication skill
• Interpersonal skill.
• Should be able to multitask
• Should have a pleasant personality

Job Title: Tutor (Chemistry, Physics, English)

Job Description

• We are looking for vibrant individuals with a zeal and passion to tutor students based on the current educational curricula (Nigeria/ British/ American) from Primary 4 (basic4) to SS3 (year 12); UTME, WAEC, NECO, IELTS, GRA, GMAT, ЕЕ.
• The position is intended for individuals with an in-depth knowledge of their subject area and an eye for detail.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent with minimum of second class upper (2:1) grade, must possess very good grades in 5 O'level subjects including English and Mathematics at not more than one sitting.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience with good strength in field of interest
• Knowledge of Primary, Secondary School, A-Level, Post O level syllabuses will be an added advantage
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office packages (Microsoft Excel is a major requirement)
• You MUST be able to work independently and under pressure sometimes.

Job Title: Finance Officer

Location: Omole Phase 1, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
• Resolve financial disputes raised by the customer service and Marketing team
• Be the key point of contact for other departments on financial and accounting matters
• Managing Imprest
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements
• Preparation of periodic budgets and reports
• Filing of tax returns with relevant tax authorities.

Requirements

• HND / B.Sc in Accounting / Economics / Finance with minimum of two years relevant experience
• ICAN is an added advantage
• Must be computer literate
• Research and analytical skill
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Leadership and organization skill
• Computer literate
• Candidate must reside around Ogba and its axis
