Job Title: CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Qualification:
Bachelor in Structural/Civil Engineering, MNSE , MNISTRUCT, membership of appropriate professional bodies will be an added advantage.
Duties
Projects cost control and reduction; & building educational and residential structures.
Proven supervison track of not less than 3 years in building and construction
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills in handling complex construction projects
Working knowledge of CAD and other standard engineering computer software, and must be familiar with AutoCAD 2007
Experience required 3 years and above

Job Title: ARCHITECT
Qualification:
B:Arch (M.Sc; Membership of the appropriate professional body will be an added advantage)
Duties
Demonstrate advance technical knowledge in architecture discipline with a Broad knowledge of architectural/engineering systems, architectural calculations,
Architectural/engineering applications and constructions methods and architectural/engineering applications.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, conducting and coordinating technical and managerial aspects of assigned projects.
Direct and/or participate in job site visits, meetings and presentations
Has an eye for details and must be very familiar with AutoCAD 2007
Experience required 3 years and above
