Requirements:

The Bank is desirous of recruiting the above mention staff. The requirements for which are as follows:

Professionalism, integrity and commitment to social mission of Micro-finance banking.
Strong business acumen and Knowledge of low income market
Comprehensive knowledge of Micro-finance banking products, marketing and business development
Sound knowledge of Micro-finance services, procedure, laws and regulations
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of micro, small and medium enterprise market.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong general management and people skills

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree or its equivalent in any of the Social Sciences preferably in marketing.
HND in marketing.
Strong Analytical Skills.
Computer proficiency.
Any professional qualification will be an added advantage.
1-2 years cognate experience.
Age for Credit and Marketing Manager between 30-35 years of age.
