Job Title: Restaurant Auditor

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Job Type: Full Time

Summary

  • Restuarant auditor is responsible for ensuring accurate counts of inventory stock, identify discrepancies and must document it according to company protocols.
  • Ensure to find the source of the inaccuracy, and find ways to reduce or eliminate future inventory errors.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Document counts of all inventory received in the warehouse
  • Walk the sales floor to do manual counts of all merchandise
  • Perform continuous accuracy check of perpetual inventory stock quantity records of material control and accounting purposes.
  • Review inventory reports and locate discrepancies in data.
  • Perform financial reporting by importing current audits and past audits in order to compare and contrast in Microsoft Excel Interview store managers in order to verify questionable store.
  • Execute the closing process/journal entries reporting by generating a report for management.
  • Report to job locations to physically count inventory using the equipment, with a primary focus on accuracy and control.
  • Work with teams of varying sizes while maintaining proper workflow procedures.
  • Routinely check over store areas to ensure maximum control against thefts and general losses.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / B.sc.
  • One (1) year of warehouse Audit experience, preferably in inventory
  • Proficiency in use of Excel and ERP’s
  • The ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Job Title: Restaurant Accountant

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Job Type: Full Time

Job Description

  • The Account Officer will process all financial transactions, reconcile accounts and prepare data/reports.
  • This post involves inward/outward invoicing, including payment progression. Significant relevant experience of general financial duties is essential.
  • To ensure proper and timely valuation of monthly stock counts, preparation of variance report and Budget monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing data through the sales and purchase ledgers from the point of receipt of the invoice to completion of the transaction.
  • Reconciliation of Bank Statement with Payment Voucher, purchase and sales ledgers.
  • Processing financial transactions through Sage and other accounting applications.
  • Determining the Costs of Performances, Functions and Activities in a manner which Facilitates Analysis and Valid Comparisons with Established Criteria among time Periods.
  • Monthly stock Valuation, Stock taking, Stock reconciliation, Budget monitoring.
  • Preparation of Monthly Financial Statement and Inter-branch Accounts Reconciliation.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should

  • Have a maximum of HND in Accountancy
  • Have at least 1 year cognate experience
  • Have excel data analytics skills, should be able to work with little or no supervision.
  • Be Attentive with a keen eyes for details
  • Have the wherewithal to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
  • Must be computer literate. With commendable use of Standard Office Applications, Microsoft Operating System, and Accounting Applications such as NAV, SAGE:-Peachtree, Quick book, Daceasy etc.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Ilorin, Kwara
Job Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Conduct daily routine inspection of facilities to drive the proactive identification of potential faults and stop them before failure;
  • Identify or receive faults and analyse to identify root cause and resolve;
  • Escalate issues to supervisor as required;
  • Ensure issues are properly logged and closed according to company’s policy;
  • Carry out and also ensure proper preventive/proactive maintenance on facilities as detailed in manuals;
  • Keep equipment and facilities in assigned location clean and in top form always;
  • Monitor usage of equipment to prevent mishandling;
  • Ensure proper handover of issues during shift change;
  • Complete Spare Requisition Form and Job Completion Form and obtain all required sign-off;
  • Complete Equipment History Card at the resolution and closure of issues on the equipment;
  • Help drive the energy saving initiatives of the company and ensure achievement of reduction of energy consumption and cost;
  • Follow up escalated issues to closure;
  • Ensure timely preparation and submission of daily reports;
  • Provide feedback on Vendor/service providers as required to help in their evaluation;
  • Build expertise in assigned areas and on assigned equipment;
  • Propose/suggest ideas and recommendation on operations, equipment, preventive maintenance and spares management;
  • Training and developing self;
  • Contribute actively at team meetings and departmental initiatives;
  • Test and confirm quality of diesel and sign off before reception

Qualifications

  • OND and HND holders are eligible to apply
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must be residing in Ilorin
